Mission Zero

Mission Zero: Our Commitment to Safety

At B&A Scaffolding, our goal is simple: Mission Zero – zero accidents, zero harm. We are deeply committed to ensuring that every one of our projects is carried out with the highest levels of safety, with the ultimate aim of achieving zero workplace incidents. Mission Zero is more than a safety slogan; it is our company-wide commitment to fostering a safety-first culture across all levels of our operations.

We recognise the inherent risks involved in scaffolding work, which is why we are relentless in our pursuit of safety excellence. Our Mission Zero initiative drives continuous improvement in every aspect of our health and safety practices. This includes the implementation of proactive safety measures, comprehensive risk management, and regular safety audits conducted by our external consultant, Vertex Training & Consultancy.

Our CISRS-trained operativesSMSTS-qualified Charge Hands, and NEBOSH-qualified senior management team work together to maintain an environment where safety is the top priority. Through toolbox talks, ongoing safety training, and adherence to the SG4 and NASC TG20 guidelines, we ensure that every project is executed with zero tolerance for safety lapses.

With Mission Zero, we aim not just to meet industry standards but to exceed them, ensuring that every member of our team returns home safely at the end of each day. At B&A Scaffolding, zero incidents is our goal, and we strive every day to make it a reality.

Our dedication to Mission Zero is not only about protecting our workforce but also about ensuring the safety of everyone on-site and the long-term success of our clients' projects.

That is why we have developed, Mission Zero
